Description: March 15th, Wednesday P.3 (1) 3 Chinese were arrested in the basement of 121 Pender Street for smoking opium, but they were released due to scarce evidence. (2) At the meeting of the provincial legislature, the issue of East Asian discrimination was again brought up. They accused that the fishing business was in the hands of the Japanese while forestry was in the hands of the Chinese.
