Description: February 23rd, Wednesday P.3 (1) The Chinese Christian Association in Vancouver was going to put forth a drama performance to raise funds. They thought that the Chinese standard in Vancouver was declining and it was necessary to educate the younger generation. They intended hiring 2 teachers from China to assist the teaching. It was hoped that the admission fees of the drama performance would be enough for the expenses of hiring the teachers. P.3 (2) The Chinese Chamber of Commerce had elected its own executive members on the 20th.
