Description: February 12th, Saturday P.3 (1) The Chee Kong headquarter in Victoria made an announcement that the association was officially recognized by the Chinese government on January 15 and all members could enjoy the privileges of an official society, e.g. the membership cards could protect the members, their lives, reputation as well as their properties. It was hoped that every member would possess his own membership card.
