Description
February 4th, Friday P.3 (1) The revolutionary group in Winnipeg once again did destruction by informing the public health service that the sanitary conditions in Chinatown were below standards. A detailed inspection was imnediately made on Jan. 21. The inspection team went into the stores to take down the number and names of the residents. On 31st of January, a notice was sent to the stores that only 4 residents were allowed to stay in the stores. Otherwise they would be arrested for over-lodging. The candidates of the Chee Kong headquarter in Victoria were elected on February 1st. A final election would be held on Feb. 15th.
