Description: December 21st, Tuesday P.2-3 Ghee Kong headquarters in Victoria was officially recognized by the Chinese government. It was decided that it would register officially* on the 15th of January, 19l£ when the membership cards would be distributed. Letters from the Ambassadors were sent to congra ulate on its recognition by the government. * i^ ^ tTj ff The Ghee Kong headquarter also set up b regulations to standardize the official seals of all pirate organizations.
