December 10th, Friday P. 3 (i) 4^ gamblers were arrested in 79 V. lender Street. They were bailed out at $25. while the head, $100. (2) AH announcement was made by the Vvoiig Kong Mar ^ong in Vancouver on the 9th of December to report the case of a death in the clan member. A Wong was killed by a C.P.R. train in Kaiulocps; however, his family still could not get the compensation from the company. Upon the request of the victim's family, the Kong Har Torig then withdrew $50. from the Kamloops office to revise the case. They were able to get $5^0. from the company as compensation to be sent back to the victim's family. The $50. fund withdrawn from the office was later replaced by the previous salaries of the victim.
