Description: August 30th, Monday P. 3 Ambassador Lim announced that the government had once more extended the period of absence to those who left Canada from August 1915 to December 31st, 1915- This meant that they would have freedom of entry within six months of armistice. (Early in the year, the government had already granted such time extension to those who left Canada frcm April 1914 to July 1915.
