Description: August 21st. Saturday P. 3 (1) Two Chinese were arrested for stealing $120. worth of woolen material from a white tailor shop. They were then put into prison for 2 years confinement. The judge stressed tiiat some of the Chinese were becoming derrogatory, they stole, robbed and fought with each other, so it was necessary to punish them severely.
