Ambassador Lin. thus awarded hii.i a gold bracelet for his devotion to the Chinese cor:,. .unity. August 14th. Saturday P. 3 (l) The C.B.A. made a confession on the 14th that the regulation for nomination was in the constitution of ti e association. Since regulation was used to ensure responsibility and enthusiasm of the executive members, when the association was established, a $2. foundation fee was asked from all candidates and voters, and such regulation was still adopted by the assoc iation to select qualified candidates.
