August llth, Wednesday P.3 (l) The C.B.A. in Vancouver made an announcement on the llth that candidates for the 1915-1911» executives members should be registered now. The election would be in September and qualifi- cation for nomination was- either:- a) Overseas Chinese who had donated foundation money for the association, or b) Overseas Chinese who had donated money for the hospital when they returned to China. The deadline for application was the 20th, and the addressed for sending in the application fora: a^ \kVtU o toe v-*.*- I V^J » ^ ^ c) C.B.A. (2) H Chinese was arrested for smoking opium. He was charged or 2 months in prison.
