Description: April 27th . Tuesday P.3 (1) The Overseas Chinese Patriotic Committee in Victoria sent a telegram to President Yuan that in case of Sino-Japariese War, they would be willing to send $200,000 war fund. (2) The decision to send war fund was decided in a general meeting on April 24th. However, they decided to sent a certain amount of fund first no matter there would be a war or not. Consequently, they were able to raise more than *4,000. on the 25th. This fund would be sent to China either for war fund or for welfare.
