Description: April 23rd. Friday P.3 (1) A Chinese was arrested for keeping opium. He was either fined *50. or ot days in prison. (2) A minister in tlte Cathoiic Church in Kegina made a discriminatory speech against Chinese restauranters. He aimed at chasiiig the Chinese out of the restaurant business. (3) An anniversary general convention was held by the Chinese Christian Association on April 25th. (This Association was able to provide English night school for the youngsters.
