October 15, 1915-June 1921: The postal journal, for a time numbered separately, appeared as part of the Civilian. It was "edited under the auspices of the Postal Clerks' Association of the Dominion of Canada". Latterly it was superseded by a column entitled "Postal notes."
Entire issue for December 27, 1912 consists of the Report on the Public Service of Canada by Sir George Murray. 1912.
A special number of The Civilian was published in 1914, titled: The Civil Service of Canada : a special issue of The Civilian. 271 pages; another was published in 1916, titled: Two years of war as viewed from Ottawa. 278 pages.
