- Letter from the Commissioners appointed pursuant to the act entitled " An Act for the Relief of the Refugees from the British Provinces of Canada and Nova Scotia" : 8th May, 1800 : referred to the Committee appointed on the 25th of February last, to prepare and report a bill appropriating a tract of land sufficient to satisfy the claims of the Nova Scotia and Canada refugees, and designating the mode in which their respective bounties in land shall be located.
