"Take notice: The above is a true copy of the proposed By-Law, upon which the vote of the Municipality will be taken on Saturday, the 28th day of March, 1863, between the hours of 10 o'clock, A.M., and 4 o' clock, P.M., in the Yates Street Ward, at the Police Barracks, and that Messrs.
