Notice : the mayor and council of the city of Victoria, V.I., hereby give notice that the votes of the electors of this city will be taken for and against the adoption of the By-Law for raising the Municipal Revenue, on Saturday, the 28th day of March, 1863, between the hours of 10 o'clock, A.M., and 4 o'clock, P.M.

"Take notice: The above is a true copy of the proposed By-Law, upon which the vote of the Municipality will be taken on Saturday, the 28th day of March, 1863, between the hours of 10 o'clock, A.M., and 4 o' clock, P.M., in the Yates Street Ward, at the Police Barracks, and that Messrs.
