Facsimile

Facsimile was a multidisciplinary journal published annually 1986 - 2010 by Canadiana.org. The journal was directed to scholars and librarians using Canadiana.org's microfiche and online research collections. Relying on a foundation of scholarly input, its thematic issues contain articles, brief essays, notes and queries, and news about Canadian preservation or bibliographic projects. Facsimile includes both in-depth articles regarding specific disciplines and analyses with broad perspectives or interdisciplinary focus.

In Facsimile no. 28 (2009), scholars, librarians and Canadiana.org staff explore the rich rewards of Early Canadiana Online (ECO) and particularly the Early Canadian Periodicals project.
