Facsimile was a multidisciplinary journal published annually from 1986 to 2010. The journal was directed to scholars and librarians who used's microfiche and digital research collections. Relying on a foundation of scholarly input, its thematic issues contain articles, brief essays, notes and queries, and news about Canadian preservation or bibliographic projects. Past issues of Facsimile include both in-depth articles regarding specific disciplines and analyses with broad perspectives or interdisciplinary focus.
