The act gives Aboriginals in the area to hunt and fish on ceded
lands, and gives consideration to other rights to titles, claims
and rights that may arise.

Articles 1 - 2: Name the short title of the act, and define terms
in the act.
Article 3: Extinguishes Aboriginal land claims to the area in
question and makes any compensation for these lands free from
tax.
Articles 4 - 11: Supplementary and other agreements surrounding
tabling the legislation and its effectiveness.
