Margaret Kerr, who are second-generation descendants of a union between Mary Brant,
Joseph Brant's sister, and Sir William Johnson. This land is to be passed down
to the Kerr's descendants. The Kerrs are of mixed-blood: half-Mohawk
and half-British.
